Main Uses

1. Aromatherapy: It can be used through aromatherapy, diffused wood or added to bath water. Its gentle fragrance can effectively soothe anxiety, relieve mental tension, calm irritability and stress. It is suitable for use before bed to relax, when feeling down, or to adjust your state during work breaks. Precautions for Use

1. Concentration Warning: Pure essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin. It is recommended to dilute them with carrier oils such as jojoba, sweet almond or grapeseed oil.
2. Sensitivity Test: Before first use, apply a small amount of the diluted essential oil to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and leave it for 24 hours. If there are no adverse reactions such as redness, swelling, itching, or stinging, then you can use it normally.
3. Contraindicated Population: Contraindicated for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, infants, and those allergic to clary sage or other plants in the Lamiaceae family; individuals with low blood pressure or those currently taking medication should consult a professional aromatherapist or physician before use; avoid use with alcohol and do not expose to strong sunlight after use.
